True Stories Campaign: When Best Buy’s True Stories campaign was first released, people believed that the employees featured in each ad were actors with scripted stories. This website was designed to not only be a one-stop collection of all of Best Buy’s recent ads, but also to reinforce the fact that these are real employees, at real stores, telling real stories.
Corporate Website: The Best Buy corporate website had long been a neglected property that did not reflect the company’s leadership position in the electronic retail space. The project was tasked with bringing together the various internal departments into one common web space in a cohesive manner while communicating the unique culture at Best Buy. The resulting website used candid shots, vibrant colors and clever copywriting to bring the Best Buy brand to life online.
