About This Project

TEP, the second-largest utility in Arizona, needed an updated web presence focused on an enhanced user experience for their diverse residential and business customer base. They also needed an updated user workflow to their automated services and control panel to provide an improved user-centered experience. The result was a friendly and approachable, yet hard-working, design that greatly simplifies many of the most common tasks performed by users.
